Devil's Pollen

Devil's Pollen is a hypothetical pollen grain produced by an unidentified plant (referred to as a berry bush for the purpose of thought experiment) that provokes a state of delirium in persons exposed to it, potentially causing them to self-harm or become otherwise injured or killed while in wilderness settings. The hypothesis was proposed as an explanation for unexplained disappearances in wilderness settings, in particular in U.S. National Parks, as speculated upon by "Missing 411" theorists.
