Andrew Carlssin was a character in a series of Weekly World News ("The World's Only Reliable Newspaper") articles published during 2003, described as an American stock trader who claimed to be a time traveller from the year 2256 after being arrested on insider trading charges, and subsequently disappeared after jumping bail.
