The Japan Flying Saucer Research Association (Japanese: 日本空飛ぶ円盤研究連合) was a Japanese ufology organisation, founded in 1955 by Kinichi Arai (荒井欣一) as the Japan Flying Saucer Study Group (日本空飛ぶ円盤研究会). In the early years of the group, its membership included several celebrated authors, including Yukio Mishima, Ishihara Shintaro, and Shinichi Hoshi.
